3-Month Post Top Surgery Recovery Program

Ready to get back into the gym after top surgery but don’t know where to start? This 3-month program will give you everything you need to safely and efficiently improve your posture and regain strength and mobility once you’ve received clearance from your doctor to start exercising again!

Includes a PDF file with 3 months of custom workouts, plus access to a video library of exercise tutorials that explain each movement in detail.

Meet Your Trainer, Mar Keller (he/him):

  • Credentials

    Hiya! I’m a queer/transmasculine NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Corrective Exercise specialist serving the trans, queer, and otherwise underrepresented communities across the country. I’ve been running Q GRIT Fitness independently since 2019 and am always looking for new and exciting opportunities to grow and learn!

    As a part of the trans community, I understand the inherent complex nature of existing in a body that hasn’t historically served you, or is deemed “other” or “not the norm”. I will always foster a safe and affirming space for you to exist as you are and to be treated respectfully, as you deserve to be. Also, no before & after photos here, ever!

    I put 100% of myself into my work, and I will (safely) push you to do the same while working with me to reach your goals. My approach to teaching/coaching is understanding the individual needs of my clients, and delivering information to them in an easy to digest and fun way, totally catered to them!

    Old-school beefcake aesthetics meets a new-school approach to fitness and wellness. You can expect some of the best playlists made by yours truly while you get your sweat on!
